Our organic coffee begins with farmers who share our faith. Most of our growers are devout Catholics, cultivating their crops with care, prayer, and purpose. We work directly with these families to ensure they’re treated with dignity and paid fair wages for their craft. Every bean you sip carries the devotion of the people who grew it — faith in their hearts, excellence in their hands. Catholicism and Nicaragua have been united by coffee since missionaries brought it over in 1790 - though it didn't gain popularity till 1840.
